Write a new post every week, just read up on a few insurance articles then write your own, and put in the link from proleads. Add new content every few days to every week, and eventually you'll make it up in the search engines and start getting traffic. Be sure to post the link to your site(s) in forums you are a member of, or to your friends on facebook or in your email, and eventually that traffic will come in. These are not by far the only ways to make money online, but they are the easiest to get started and you can do them in your spare time. The cost varies between all ways of making money online, and with everything the more time and money you put into it the more you make from it. The important thing is to not jump around. Decide on one thing, and stick with it. It may take a year to start seeing results, it may take a day to start seeing results, but if you stay at it, you will make money online.
